How do you count students?

We count the alumni we successfully profile — not your total enrolment. If we can't find a profile for a graduate, you don't pay for them.

What counts as a "student" for pricing?

Any individual graduate whose publicly available professional profile we locate and process. Typically 70–90% of a given cohort, depending on programme type and region.

Is there a minimum order?

No formal minimum. For very small cohorts (under 200 alumni), we recommend a scoping call first to confirm data availability and expected coverage.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes — many clients start with a single programme or cohort before expanding to their full institution. The per-student rate stays the same.

How long does delivery take?

Profiling takes 3–5 days once your alumni list is confirmed. From first call to delivered report, most clients are done within two weeks. Larger or enterprise engagements may vary — we'll confirm timelines upfront.

What format is the output?

A structured Alumni Dashboard — a presentation-ready report with interactive filters. Available as a shareable web view, PDF summary, and structured CSV export.
